The Grand Guizhou Park Hotel

We booked the executive room. The room is very huge. The view is perfect we seem the highest building in this area. The sunrise view is perfect too. The toilet is very big with separate bath and shower place. I suggest put some bath salt and shampoo/ shower gel there. Staffs are very friendly. The lounge is very good too, with small portion of steaks, drinks, salad and desserts. However, there’s no plugs in the toilet area, we have to go out to find plug for drying hair. It’s a bit inconvenient.

First the part that I like - 1. Location is convenient: Subway station is right at the door, where you can arrive at major points of the city without many connections on the ground. 2. Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

The room i booked was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendly. They gave me a welcome fruit bowl . The service was amazing. I sure will be visiting again. You won’t be disappointed I recommend you try this hotel out.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff, Owen and James were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guiyang.

非常差！怪不得五一期間就這家五星級酒店沒有滿房 五一大過節期間價格比我訂的時候還便宜！ 我應該提前看看評論的 所以要聽勸！ 房間很一般 床品沙沙作響 隔音很差 半夜別的房間説話都能聽到 床品響 翻身就響 凌晨三點多外面開始施工 旁邊就是一個工地 大清早樓道里服務員的對講機裏就是幾號退房的吆喝聲 我還是第一次住號稱五星級酒店的隔音這麼差 房間沒有熱水壺 沒有USB接口 沒有夜燈 晚上起夜需要開大燈！ 對帶孩子和長者的家庭很不友好 現在就要重點説到前台一位工作能力低下的工作人員 他竟然給我説“沒有熱水 我們這裏的人喝涼水” 然後説了這樣**的話以後還沾沾自喜！ 我接觸的這位前台工作人員是一位戴眼鏡的男性 我詫異你們貴賓樓怎麼會用素質這麼低劣的工作人員 一問三不知 首先拿了我的身份證辦理房卡以後忘記歸還 還口口聲聲説給你了呀 結果就在他第一次接過身份證的桌子上 這真是低級的錯誤 然後不給我指明電梯的方向 當時沒有辦理入住的其他客人 不存在匆忙的情況 衹能説他能力太有限 這第一印象就沒有留好！晚上十一點多我們回到酒店 往前台問有沒有熱水 他説“沒有飲水機 沒有開水 我們喝涼水” 誰管你喝啥呀！ 前台體現出酒店根本滿足不了客人的需要！ 貴州酒店一大把 貴賓樓要睡吧 睡不好 隔音差 半夜別的房間説話都能聽到 床品響 翻身就響 要服務吧 就衝著你們前台那位**的工作人員我就給你們大大的差評 你們管理上存在欠缺 我住了那麼多家五星級酒店 你們的前台服務力是最差、最低劣並沒有誠意的 睡不好又享受不到服務～果斷換酒店 起碼能有會説人話的工作人員！ 早餐很一般 就這五個熱菜

很不錯！貴賓樓作為接待政要的地方，服務水平和軟硬件設施皆為一流、名副其實！五一假期貴州接待了大量遊客，各大景區隨處可見的帽子叔叔（都是真的！），處處細節都能感受到貴州的真情實意！選擇貴州，選擇貴州飯店，誠心推薦，好山好水養好人，還要再來！（PS：一樓對面就有特產店，可以挑挑選選）

五一來貴陽，酒店住的非常滿意。1、貴賓樓新裝修了，整體比較大氣豪華，房間乾淨明亮，智能馬桶也非常舒適，解決了孩子在外上廁所的問題。2、早餐種類也很豐富。3酒店服務人員態度好，特別是前台廖鵬和熊民昆兩位小夥子耐心且細緻，不僅給升級了房型，也儘量滿足和解決了客户的需要。
